How it works

Ask. It works. You approve.

A job with SAAM has four parts: you ask, SAAM works, you approve what matters, and you get the result. Here is what each part looks like.

What it does

  • Takes a job in plain words, written or spoken.
  • Works with tools and on a computer of its own while you do something else.
  • Stops at an approval card before it sends, books or changes anything.

How to start

  • Open SAAM, sign in and say what you want.
  • Signups are invite only for now, so join the list on the Get started page if you are not in yet.

Limits

  • The web is the only place to use it today. Phone and desktop apps are being prepared.
  • Chat channels are not open yet.
  • Inside its own computer, SAAM acts without a card. The computer is walled off from the rest of the service.
Step 1: Ask

You say what you want.

Write the job, or say it out loud on a live call. Use your own words. SAAM keeps what it learns about you, so the next ask is shorter than the last.

Step 2: Work

SAAM works with its tools and its own computer.

To look something up, book it or fill it in, SAAM uses its tools and opens a browser and desktop of its own. You can watch the screen live, take control, or go and do something else.

Step 3: Approve

It checks with you before anything important.

Sending, booking and changing things stop at an approval card with Allow and Don't allow. You can set rules so it only asks about what you choose. A routine that runs while you are away waits at the card too.

Step 4: Result

You get the result, and a record of what it did.

The answer arrives in the chat. The activity feed shows what needs your input and what is done, so you can look back at any job.

Each step takes a minute or less.

Sign in on the web and say hello.

  • 2. Say what you want

Write it, or say it on a live call.

  • 3. Watch, or go do something else

Open its computer to see the screen, or wait for the answer.

  • 4. Approve what matters

Sending and booking wait for your yes.

  • 5. Set a routine

Ask for it to happen every week, and test it first.

Six ideas.

Everything in SAAM is one of these.

Your personal helper. SAAM is the first. Add more for Home, Travel or Family.

  • Computer

The agent's own browser and desktop, which you can watch.

  • Routine

An instruction with a trigger, such as every weekday at 8.

  • Memory

Plain notes it keeps about you. You can read, edit and download them.

  • Approval

A card that waits for your yes.
